Comprehensively promote diamond copper/aluminum/molybdenum/silicon carbide composite heat sink and shell; Technical optimization and capacity ramp up of products such as aluminum based silicon carbide and customized diamond heat dissipation modules; Simultaneously complete the performance optimization and reliability verification of M9/M10 high-frequency, high-speed, high thermal conductivity, and low dielectric copper-clad laminates, pass the certification of domestic top computing power and communication manufacturers, and achieve mass supply.
Phase 2- Technology Breakthrough Period: Achieving mass production of monocrystalline chips and entering the supply chain of leading companies in the semiconductor industry. Complete product certification and bulk supply of single crystal chips for leading companies in the semiconductor and laser industries, break the dependence on imported high-end diamond single crystal substrates, achieve domestic substitution, build an irreplaceable core technology barrier for enterprises, and complete the strategic upgrade from thermal management material suppliers to semiconductor core material suppliers.
Phase Three - Industry Leading Period: Achieving successful research and commercial sales of quantum diamond chips, positioning ourselves at the forefront of quantum technology.
