The full-process inspection standard for diamond composite products is divided into four stages: incoming materials/feeding, roughcast, semi-finished products, and finished products
1. Incoming / Feed Inspection Standards (Raw Material Checkpoint)

2. Blank inspection standard (initial inspection after molding)

3. Semi-finished product inspection standards (during processing)

4. Finished product inspection standard (final inspection before delivery)

A closed-loop control system has been established, encompassing raw materials, blanks, semi-finished products, and finished goods:
- Raw material side: Control purity, particle size, and plating to avoid inherent defects;
- Blank end: Lock in core properties such as thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient, and eliminate internal defects;
- Semi-finished product end: control processing accuracy and mechanical properties;
- Finished product end: Ensure the appearance, surface treatment, and final dimensional accuracy to guarantee the delivery quality.
