Hangzhou Dianzi University – Zheng Hui Team

The team has received one Third Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award and one Encouragement Award for Huawei's Technical Challenge Problems.

The team has led and secured one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project supported by the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (SASTIND), and one key project under the university's outstanding research and education program. They have also completed multiple industry-funded (horizontal) projects. As the second principal investigator, the team has completed one project for the National Defense Innovation Special Zone, and as key participants, they have completed multiple national defense and military projects as well as Natural Science Foundation projects.

Main Research Directions: Self-biased microwave devices, superconductors, thermal management of power devices, cold-cathode field emission devices, etc.
